for the young mind , body and spirit


Camps will include free choice activities for children to explore and work at their own pace as well as group activities, discussions, storytelling, books and outdoor play. Children should pack a water bottle, lunch, change of clothes and a towel and a bathing suit for water play day. Please apply sunscreen on your child before bringing them to camp.

Fairy Tales to Dragon Scales
June 7-10th, 9:00am-12:30 (M-Th)
This camp is for preschool ages 3-5 (must be toilet trained)
Cost is $100
Knights, dragons, fair maidens and castles with royalty and valor. Stories come off of the pages! Each day will bring an opportunity to dress-up, role play, create art, read stories, make music, dance, and let your imagination go! Activities will go from the classroom onto the playground and into the woods. Join us in a magical realm!
The following camps are for children ages preschool to rising 1st grade.
Camps meet Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Cost is $120 per week.
The Earth and Me!
June 28-July 2
Pioneer Adventure
July 12-16
A look back to the early years of this country. How did they dress? What did children play? Set up camp outside, make up games with found objects, shoot marbles and play in the absence of television and technology. Daily activities will include; story telling, cooking, candle and soap making, sewing, weaving, and primitive art techniques. Tend the garden and explore the woods.
Stir it Up!!!
July 26-30
Each day brings activities in cooking. Our little chefs will work together preparing and cooking foods to eat and share as well as food for the birds, and our furry friends at home. Daily activities will include imaginary play (kitchen and restaurant), endless art projects, sewing, caring for the foods growing in the garden, composting, and growing beans to plant at home. Construction Zone
August 9-13
Who like to build? Put on your hard hats and safety glasses! Everyday the classroom and playground will be a construction zone. We will build with Legos, K-nex, bristle blocks, wood unit blocks as well as many other materials. Children will have opportunities to create 3-D art with wood gluing, box construction, recycled junk as well as large scale building outside with large boxes, fabric, and sticks.
